Dictators Of Pakistan

The dictators which have ruled the country Pakistan are:
AYUB KHAN
Ayub Khan is the first military dictator of Pakistan. He was serving as the 2nd president of Pakistan from 1958 to 1969. He became the first native commander in chief in 1951. He was the youngest full general and self-appointed 5 star rank Field Marshal in Pakistan's military history.
When he took over there was one of instability and no governance. The prices were shooting up and the people of Pakistan were looking for a liberator. He carried out a military revolution along with Iskandar Mirza in 1958. He quickly threw out Mirza from that revolution and himself took over as the chief martial law Administrator. The take over by the army resulted in break down the prices which was a benefit of military rule.  He banned all the political activities and brought in stability as well.
More, over in his rule no politician was shot dead and at least for the first few years of his command the Pakistani people welcomed his rule.

 YAHYA KHAN
He was the third president of Pakistan from 1969 to 1971. He established a semi military state. He held national elections in December 1970 for the purpose of choosing members of the new National Assembly who were to be elected directly by the people. Those elections lead to the independence of Bangladesh in 1971. He established the communication channel between the USA and China in 1972.
Because of his overpowering public got anger because Pakistan defeated by Bangladesh and the separation of Pakistan into two parts. Public came to the streets and expressed their anger throughout the Pakistan.
More over, he became the highest-ranking victim of the war: to prevent more disturbances, on December 20, 1971. At the age of 43 he handed over all his power to Zulfikar Ali Bhutto the striving leader of Pakistan People’s Party.

MUHAMMAD ZIA-UL-HAQ

He was the sixth president of Pakistan from July 1977 to his death in August 1988. He was appointed Chief Of Army Staff in 1976. After extensive civil disorder, he overthrew ruling Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto on 5 July 1977 and became the state's third ruler to impose martial law. At first he ruled as Chief Martial Law Administrator, but later mounted himself as the President of Pakistan in September 1978.

His major domestic programs included consolidation of the fledgling nuclear program, which was initiated by Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and the state's Islamization. He supported the Pakistan Muslim league (the founding party of Pakistan) which was his typical revival. He is remembered for his foreign policy. He supported financially the Mujahideen movement during the 1979 Soviet invasion of Afghanistan which led to the Russian withdrawal from Afghanistan. He was known as a “fundamentalist Sunni dictator". He died in a disbelieving aircraft crash near Bahawalpur on 17. August 1988.

GENERAL PERVEZ MUSHARAF:

General Parvez Musharaf  ruled Pakistan as Chief Executive from 1999-2001 and became the President of Pakistan in 2001. He was appointed as the Chief of Army Staff in October 1998 after the years of military service and led an administrative military government from October 1999 till August 2007. He took the power from Sharif's democratically elected government. He supported USA a lot in the war against Taliban. The development in economy of Pakistan had seen during his rule. He suspended the Supreme Court Chief Justice and the Lal Masjid blockade because of which his reputation damaged a lot.

The returned of Benazir Bhutto and Nawaz Sharif to Pakistan forced him to give resign from his rule. Moreover, in 2011 issued an arrest warrant for him because of his suspected involvement in assassination of Benazir Bhutto. Now he lives in London but has promised to return for the next election.

NEWS UPDATE: Transparency says corruption touching Rs3 trillion in Pakistan

Just for sake of few billion dollars of foreign aid Pakistan has greatly compromised its independence. The corruption is raising at an alarming rate, the Transparency International Advisory Committee’s chairman Adil Gilani on Tuesday has exposed that during the last three years of PPP rule the threat has cost the nation more than Rs 3000 billion only in selected areas.
He added that these corruption figures do not include the loot and plunder of the national wealth in the mega scandals like Pakistan Steel Mills scam, NICL plunder, Haj swindle, rental power plants fraud and many more.
It is very much true that under the era of this government, Pakistan has become one of the ruined countries; under the rule of Asif Ali Zardari corruption will never be controlled. So, if we want to safe our country than we must take away this government.

WHAT IS JOB ANALYSIS???

A systematic investigation of the tasks, duties and responsibilities of a job and the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities a person needs to perform the job adequately is called job analysis.

An another view of job analysis is that it is the process by which jobs are divided to determine what tasks, duties, responsibilities they include, their relationships to their jobs, the conditions under which work is performed, and the personal capabilities required for satisfactory performance.
