Marketing is basically a department in an organization who make policies and strategies to increase the sales of the organization and they have a right to deal directly with the consumers. On the other hand advertising agency is not a part of the organization. Organizations need to sign a contract with the advertising agency because in advertising agency there are such creative and mastermind people who can make effective policies and advertisement which helps organizations to earn more profit.
