Obama plans to call back 30000 troops from Afghanistan by 2012

Obama said that he will call back his 30000 troops by 2012. He thinks that USA will get control on the whole Afghanistan by the year 2012. This is impossible because the true fact is that still Taliban are dominating in Afghanistan but the media shows that USA is dominating in Afghanistan. Basically USA wants to run from Afghanistan just because they have wasted a lot of time, resources and forces in this war but in the end there is nothing in control of USA.
