INDEPENDENCE DAY OF PAKISTAN, AUGUST 14, 1947

Independence of Pakistan was officially announced on Friday, August 14, 1947. On that day everyone was really happy because Muslims got a separate nation by the unforgettable efforts of our leaders. It was a day when we left slavery and got independent. All the Muslims of sub-continent had been waiting for the independence of Pakistan for many years because they needed separate nation where they could live their life independently. The founder of the nation Quaid-e-Azam said that the nation has been founded on the basis of equality, brotherhood, unity, faith and discipline.
