Today if you ask to anyone that what your vision is? Then he could say that my vision is to become a doctor, to become an engineer, to do MBA from any good university etc. Then if you ask to them that after achieving this what will be your next step? Then they may not have any answer because they have no proper purpose behind their vision. These kind of visions may change according to the situation. If you have a clear vision with a purpose then your vision will never be changed and you will achieve anything you want. For e.g. if anybody say that my vision is to increase employment in this way I can reduce poverty from my country, this is a clear vision because it has a solid purpose behind it and it will never be changed.
