There is a lot of controversy is going on in PCB and Pakistan cricket team. All the problems which have been created for few years in PCB and Pakistan cricket team is just because of the poor management. Some people are involved in corruption whether they are a part of team or PCB. Our player's are not mentally fit because they have a lot of pressure and stress of these controversies in their minds. Our team will never perform good in these critical situations. So, PCB should take notice about this poor management and try to make unite everyone in the team.
