Ijaz Butt in an interview to geo super said that Governor Sindh Dr Ishratul-Ebad called him in order to ask him to issue the NOC to Shahid Afridi. He also received a phone call from PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif regarding the same matter.Ijaz Butt said that this was not a political issue and Shahid Afridi had violated the PCB’s code of conduct.
Ijaz Sahab this issue is a issue of every Pakistani, Shahid Afridi is our National hero, he is such an honest person and he is very much sincere to his country. So you should give NOC to him. Don't tell anymore that he had violated the law. I must say that you people has made such laws which must be violated.
